Our “Bridge The Gap” taster event is a hands-on experience tailored for the construction and manufacturing industries. Participants will plan, practice, and execute a bridge construction across 15 metres of water, simulating real-world project scenarios to enhance leadership, communication, and collaboration under high-pressure conditions. Set in picturesque countryside and limited to 10 participants, this event also offers valuable networking opportunities. Emphasising health and safety, comprehensive risk assessments and robust protocols ensure a secure environment, mirroring the rigorous standards of your industry.
