Background

The HR – Commercial team, a small and dynamic group, has undergone significant changes recently. The team, consisting of leaders and HR Business Partners, is divided into two units: one focusing on Employee Relations and Engagement, and the other on Strategic Workforce Planning and future projects. Despite clear role definitions, the team faces challenges in collaboration, occasional negativity, and a need for better mutual understanding. They would benefit from a structured opportunity to enhance communication, trust, and overall team cohesion.

Outcomes

In what ways did Teamscapes bring your objectives to life?

It was a great way to have some fun whilst developing individually and collectively. Not only did the accelerator challenge us as a team we also had much fun along the way. It allowed for no distraction and the activities allowed us to think differently whilst taking us out of our comfort zone. 

What do your team say about Teamscapes?

My team and I thoroughly enjoyed the day and felt the day was very much tailored to our needs and wants. Lucy really captured the requirements of the day and flexed where she needed to based on the output of each activity. 

What’s the unique value of a Teamscapes accelerator?

What was really beneficial was the output document. Lucy captured all the notes and learnings from the day which has been a live document for us to revert back to and check we are on track.
