Igniting the Journey to High Performance
We kick off with an online interactive team workshop to engage the attendees before the in-person Immerse event and inspire them about the potential of high-performance behaviours.
At this point in the programme, we provide Stage 1 of the Multi-Stage Performance Survey. This is an opportunity to measure team dynamics such as engagement, teamwork, and productivity by asking the team to score their current team performance.
In addition, all attendees will receive the Preparation Blueprint before the Immerse event. This will support the team's preparation and develop the growth mindset necessary to achieve success.
