In 2023, we assisted Barwood using multiple Accelerators, addressing key challenges, fostering a culture aligned with their vision and values, and developing a strategy congruent with their business goals. We also established a future roadmap and assigned clear roles and responsibilities.

Induction Events

In addition to the Leadership Accelerators we run with Mercedes AMG High Performance Powertrains, we also support the organisation's induction of over 150+ students every year. We design and deliver Induction Accelerators for three cohorts, each with 50 students.

Strategy & Team Alignment

Teamscapes facilitated ICENA’s Strategy Away Day, helping unify a team previously working in silos. This session fostered engagement, clearer focus, and laid the groundwork for ICENA’s five-year plan. Since the session, the team has enjoyed more productive conversations and a stronger sense of cohesion.
